Japan’s Acquisition, Technology & Logistics Agency (ATLA) has selected Beyond Vision for its Counter-UAS Proof of Concept Program, ranking the BVQ404 interceptor first in the order of interest.
This drone is a compact, high-performance Counter-UAS interceptor designed for rapid deployment and precision neutralization of hostile aerial threats. Engineered for speed, agility, and reliability, it delivers an effective last line of defense against fast-moving unmanned systems while maintaining a minimal logistical footprint.
It will be evaluated within ATLA’s Early Acquisition Program by Japan’s Self-Defense Forces (JSDF), designed to accelerate the evaluation and deployment of interceptor drones. Competing companies also feature in this program; however, the BVQ404 was shortlisted for its highest scores, making it the first priority for ATLA.”
This recognition from the Japanese Ministry of Defense is an immense honor for Beyond Vision, reinforcing the company’s international credibility and strengthening its position within the global defense market.
