Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear, concise language for proposals.
- Experience in proposal writing, grant applications, or similar documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to understand project goals and technical specifications.
- Research and identify relevant funding opportunities (grants, contracts, etc.).
- Develop compelling technical proposals and grant applications, adhering to specific guidelines and deadlines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals meet all requirements.
- Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide updates to funding agencies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in R&D at least 5 years is mandatory.
- Familiarity with government funding programs or industry-specific grants is a strong asset.
- Interest in drone technology is preferred.
